Company History and Location
Skorpiostech, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Ian Baird and Matthew Rezny as a joint venture to pursue a goal of creating hardware and software products for the *nix market (including OS X).
Ian acquired the rest of the company from Matthew in 2005 and is now the sole owner of the company.
Skorpiostech is located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona.
